Please read through our Refund Policy carefully.

Refund Policy:

We will refund, if cancelled within 7 days from the day of the order, only if your unsatisfied with the product or if we are unable to deliver the product.

The refund policy will not be honored:

  • If you have broken any of our product related abuse policies.
  • If you have outstanding dues from previous orders.

The final refund amount will be determined after deducting administrative fees, setup fees and other fees which might be incurred.

Abuse Policies:

We have spelt out the anti-abuse policies in detail in our Terms & conditions page, but here we are putting out in short.

We do not entertain the following on any of our Hosting products:

  • Pornography.
  • Torrents.
  • Email Spamming.
  • Bulk file storage.
  • File sharing services like songs and movie download sites.

If in case you break any of our policies, your product will be suspended / terminated. If terminated then you will not be eligible for any type of refunds. If your product is suspended, we might enable the product again after satisfactory justification from your end. Unsuspendion might attract a fee and has to be paid.

Support

We provide product support through email based ticket system, only, at the moment. We are planning to add different forms of support in the future though.

As we provide unmanaged services, we will only support Hardware, Directadmin Panel and billing issues through our ticket system. In short, we are responsible for running the Hardware, DIrectadmin, Billing and we do not provide web desiging, scripting, programming services or manage your files etc.

But we can help you by pointing you towards third party articles, blogs or technical documentation for your technical issues.

Products we sell:

As of now we are only selling Premium shared hosting, but we will be selling VPS, Dedicated Servers, Domains and related products in the near future

Payment methods:

We accept payment through various Online and Offline methods like Debit Cards, Paypal, Bank Deposits, Bank Transfer, Net Banking and also cash / cheque payments. Customers from outside India can only use Paypal as the payment method.

We are not accepting Credit Cards at the moment.
